The touring Broadway production of the Tony Award-winning “Jersey Boys” came to Indiana University Bloomington for a series of performances at IU Auditorium (March 3-8, 2015).
Through a partnership between the auditorium and the Arts and Sciences Career Services department, IU students had the opportunity to hear directly from the cast and the company manager, Michael Camp, an IU alumnus. Students were also invited to job shadow some of the professionals. IU theatre student Kate Hershberger got to watch one of the stage managers in action during a show. “It’s cool to see that we’re not that far off from what they’re doing,” Hershberger said. “It could be us in five, six years.”
