Dean, Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies

Indiana University is conducting a national search for the next dean of the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at IU Bloomington. The dean will provide academic and administrative leadership for the school, advancing its strengths in international affairs, regional studies and language instruction. The role includes supporting faculty, staff and student success, strengthening research and teaching, and expanding partnerships and public engagement.

  • Zach Constantino, professor of practice in the Department of International Studies in the Hamilton Lugar School.

  • Michael De Groot, associate professor in the Department of International Studies in the Hamilton Lugar School. 
  • Ibrahim Gemeah, assistant professor in the Department of Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures in the Hamilton Lugar School. 
  • Marie Harf, alumna and member of the Hamilton Lugar School’s Dean’s Advisory Council.
